Return & Refund Policy — Guru Ganesh Sarees

At Guru Ganesh Sarees, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Sarees with fall/pico or custom stitching

  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance

  • Color variation caused by screen differences

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at vibecreatemedia@gmail.com.

  2. Attach order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange return pickup or provide a return address.

Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about refund eligibility.

Refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit (quickest)

  • Bank refund / original payment method, if applicable

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product fails quality checks

  • The product is returned in used or damaged condition

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or product defects, and only if the replacement product is in stock.
If not available, store credit will be issued.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with proper proof (package opening video is strongly recommended).

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-stitched products

  • Sarees with fall & pico

  • Blouses and accessories

  • Clearance sale items
